Summary:
As Director of Sales, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute effective sales strategies, foster a high-performance sales culture, and achieve ambitious revenue targets. You will lead a team of Strategic Account Executives, empowering them to excel and exceed their quotas. This position is a key member of our sales leadership team, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).
Duties and Responsibilities:
Design and implement effective sales processes and methodologies to optimize your team’s efficiency and revenue generation.
Develop actionable plans to acquire new customers and deepen penetration into our market.
Lead the company-wide bookings forecast, delivering accurate, data-driven projections and scenario modeling to inform executive decision-making, resource planning, and revenue strategy.
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product teams to align strategies and support successful go-to-market initiatives.
Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the CRO to define and implement the overall sales strategy, aligning it with the company's growth objectives and market demands.
Take ownership of revenue growth targets and be accountable for achieving company-wide sales objectives.
Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions, refine strategies, and enhance sales team performance.
Drive adoption of modern sales strategies and technology.
Establish a culture of accountability and continuous improvement with a strong emphasis on coaching.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position leads a team of skilled Strategic Account Executives.
Education and/or Experience:
8+ years of progressive experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with a proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
Proven experience and success in selling to associations and/or non-profit organizations is highly preferred.
Proven ability to drive revenue growth and surpass sales targets through effective sales strategies and execution in the association and non-profit sectors.
Deep understanding of the enterprise SaaS industry, with a focus on association and non-profit markets, including relevant trends and customer needs.
