About You

You're a product development leader who has built and scaled physical product lines in telehealth, wellness, or pharma. .You know what it takes to bring a new product to market, from identifying the opportunity through formulation, sourcing, regulatory clearance, and commercial launch. You've managed relationships with compounding pharmacies, contract manufacturers, and ingredient suppliers, and you've negotiated the COGS, terms, and timelines that determine whether a product makes money. You think in terms of margin, SKU velocity, and portfolio strategy. You've launched prescription offerings through telehealth, developed supplement formulations, or built product lines for a D2C health brand, and you understand the regulatory landscape that governs each. You want to own the product portfolio for a company that is building an entirely new category in human performance.

You also have experience managing cross functional teams, including customer service and experience teams. You are able to set KPIs and strategy around high quality service and experience. 


What You'll Do

  • Own the product roadmap for everything Enhanced sells, including prescription medications, supplements, and emerging health and wellness categories.
  • Source and evaluate new product opportunities across Rx, OTC, supplement, and wellness verticals.
  • Manage relationships with medical teams, compounding pharmacies, fulfillment pharmacies, and contract manufacturers.
  • Lead product development from concept through formulation, regulatory review, and commercial launch.
  • Negotiate pricing, COGS, terms, and service levels with pharmacy and manufacturing partners.
  • Manage the product development pipeline, including new formulations, new SKUs, and bundled offerings.
  • Ensure all new products meet regulatory requirements (FDA, state pharmacy boards, labeling, claims compliance).
  • Own product P&L, margin optimization, and pricing strategy in partnership with ecommerce.
  • Manage relationships with ingredient suppliers and raw material vendors.
  • Partner with marketing on go-to-market strategy, positioning, and launch planning for new products.
  • Evaluate market trends, competitive offerings, and customer data to inform portfolio decisions.
  • Manage cross functional teams including customer service and experience. 

Key Performance Indicators

  • New product launch velocity and revenue contribution.
  • Product gross margin and COGS optimization.
  • SKU-level revenue and velocity.
  • Pharmacy and manufacturer partner performance (quality, cost, on-time delivery).
  • Product development pipeline health (products in development, time to market).
  • Regulatory compliance (zero product-level compliance issues).
  • Portfolio revenue growth (quarterly and annual).

You Bring

  • 8+ years of product development, product management, or product sourcing experience in telehealth, wellness, pharma, or CPG.
  • At least 3 years in a leadership role owning a product portfolio or product development function.
  • Direct experience working with compounding pharmacies, medical teams, contract manufacturers, or supplement manufacturers.
  • Track record of launching physical products that achieved meaningful revenue.
  • Strong understanding of COGS structures, margin optimization, and supplier negotiation.
  • Familiarity with FDA regulations, supplement labeling requirements, and state pharmacy board rules.
  • Experience with prescription medication products, telehealth product development, or regulated health products is a strong plus.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, ecommerce, medical, legal, and operations teams.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.
