Summary
The Director of Patient Services will support the development and enhancement of new and existing aspects of assigned pharma program operations, organize and lead program operational meetings such as periodic business reviews, and develop new project goals and execution timelines. In addition, the Program Director will aid with implementing and executing new innovative programs for new and existing pharma partners. The Program Director will serve as a subject matter expert and resource and assist the program management team with training, complex issue resolution and support to ensure overall key performance metrics are achieved in accordance with contractual guarantees.
 
**Salary range starting at $150k and up, depending on experience**
**Travel to visit with key accounts on a regular basis required**

Director's Major Responsibilities:
  • Assist and lead programs with operational management of end-to-end procedures that support new patient services programs and products.
  •  Serve as lead Program Director; subject matter expert on Cross-Functional project management: collaborate closely with cross functional areas such as IT, Operations, Marketing and Finance to ensure seamless execution of new program launches and ongoing support post launch.
  •  Lead and conduct ongoing team meetings with program managers to review, assess and ensure optimal program performance across LDD programs.
  • Lead and conduct ongoing team meetings with cross-functional team leads as they pertain to assign projects and contracted programs.
  • Lead research around the product(s), competitors, and current offerings (if existing product).
  •  Analyze product needs and partner program to develop scalable and efficient solutions, enhancements, and recommendations with consideration of risk and regulatory requirements, creating value for external and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare presentation(s), support the development of proposal(s) or RFP responses, and actively participate in meetings with prospective and existing pharma partners.
  • Serve as the point of escalation and contact for hub partners; adhere to key support requirement of programs such as issue resolution within 24 hours, hosting and participating in weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings.
  • Evaluate operational processes for efficiencies, provide recommendations integrate and utilize technology and people for increased patient, prescriber experience and value
  •  Develop and lead quarterly business reviews with pharma while meeting key performance metric criteria.
  •  Analyze and report operational and performance trends to account executives to ensure ongoing optimal performance
  •  Develop, support, and lead quarterly business reviews and ad hoc inquiries from existing manufacturer accounts.
  •  Training and developing internal team and new employees as needed, serving as an active leader and mentor to team and other cross functional team members at ConnectMed360; ensure team staffing and training needs are met at all times.
  •  Track and analyze product level key performance indicators, identify trends and work with operations to develop recommendations for improvement when applicable.
  •  Performs other tasks as assigned. 

Director Position Qualifications
 
Education/Learning Experience
  • Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience 
Work Experience
  • Required: 7+ years in patient services or specialty pharmacy experience
Skills/Knowledge
  • Required: Self-motivated and results driven. Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals. Exceptional probing and consultative communication skills
