Role Overview
We're at an inflection point. With our brand-new global USD product and Series A round behind us, we're ready to build a world-class revenue engine. This is not a role for someone who wants to optimize an existing playbook — and it is not a stepping stone to managing a team. We believe the future of outbound is agentic and AI-native, and we're building accordingly.
As Director of Outbound Growth, you will design, build, and permanently own Conduit's AI-native outbound engine — a system that operates at scale through intelligence, not headcount. You'll own the full stack from ICP definition and signal identification to enrichment, personalized sequencing, and pipeline reporting. This is a senior IC role reporting directly to the CBO, with significant influence over how Conduit goes to market.
