The position reports to the VP of Implementation and partners closely with Client Relationship Managers, Communications, Clinical Operations, and Product teams.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Own the End-To-End Implementation Process for New Clients, Ensuring Accurate Setup, Timely Execution, and a Positive Client Experience
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally to Develop Implementation Timelines, Milestones, Deliverables, and Stakeholder Alignment
  • Serve as a Client-Facing Lead, Facilitating Implementation Calls, Gathering Requirements, and Translating Needs into Actionable Plans
  • Maintain Project Documentation and Tracking in CuraLinc’s CRM and Internal Systems
  • Leverage Client Feedback to Improve Processes and Inform Product Enhancements
  • Identify and Escalate Risks, Dependencies, or Delays to Ensure Proactive Issue Resolution and Client Satisfaction
  • Assist with Coordination of Client-Facing Events, Such as Health Fairs or Benefit Launches
  • Lead, Mentor, and Manage Direct Reports within the Implementation Team—Including Implementation Specialists and/or Managers—By Providing Ongoing Training, Performance Feedback, Development Planning, Regular 1:1s, Time-Off Approval, and Support for Performance Improvement Initiatives as Needed
  • Support Special Projects and Strategic Initiatives Led by the VP Of Implementation
 
Required/Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Communications, Health Promotion or Business Preferred)
  • Minimum 5 Years of Experience in Project Management, Client Onboarding, or Healthcare Administration; Experience in EAP, Wellness, or Behavioral Health is a Plus
  • Proven Ability to Manage Multiple Client Implementations Simultaneously with Exceptional Attention to Detail
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills with a Client-First, Solution-Driven Approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Experience with Project Management or CRM Platforms
  • Self-Motivated, Collaborative, and Comfortable Working in a Fast-Paced, Evolving Environment
This is a full-time, salaried role, located in the continental United States and Hawaii, and includes a robust benefits package, with 100% company-paid single tier medical coverage insurance, PTO, 401(k) with match, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
