Position Summary
The Director of Field Operations is responsible for leading all field execution across the Developmental Services division, ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality delivery of mission-critical construction projects. Key Responsibilities
- Lead field execution across all active projects, ensuring schedule, safety, and quality performance
- Oversee superintendents, field staff, and subcontractor execution
- Establish and enforce field operations standards, QA/QC processes, and safety protocols
- Partner with Commercial Director and project leadership to align on budget and performance
- Drive workforce planning, staffing, and resource allocation
- Interface with clients, leadership, and key stakeholders
- Resolve escalated project and field execution issues
- Implement standardized reporting, KPIs, and operational processes
Qualifications
- 12+ years of construction experience with significant field leadership
- Experience in data center or mission-critical environments strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and operational execution skills
