Salary: Base $175000 - $ $220,000 ( Aggressive Commission Program as well )

Are you a proven hunter with experience selling into the data center industry?

A rapidly growing technology and infrastructure services organization is seeking a high-performing sales professional to develop new business opportunities within the data center, collocation, and mission-critical construction markets.

This is not an account management role.

We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, opening new doors, leading complex pursuits, and winning large infrastructure projects.

What You'll Be Selling

• Structured cabling and fiber infrastructure services
• Rack & stack deployments
• Smart hands and field support services
• Integration and commissioning support
• Technical staffing and project-based workforce solutions
• Data center deployment and operational support services

What You'll Be Doing

• Identify and win new customers within the data center ecosystem
• Build relationships with collocation providers, enterprise data center operators, GCs, EPCs, MEP contractors, system integrators, and technology partners
• Lead competitive bids, RFP responses, and proposal development
• Develop and execute strategic account plans
• Negotiate contracts, SOWs, and commercial agreements
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate forecasts
• Expand initial wins into larger multi-site and recurring programs


Requirements

• 8+ years of B2B sales experience
• Proven success selling data center, structured cabling, low-voltage, integration, technical services, or staffing solutions
• Strong experience winning competitive infrastructure projects
• Ability to understand drawings, scopes of work, and technical requirements
• Track record of consistently achieving multimillion-dollar sales targets
• Strong relationship-building and business development skills

Preferred Experience

• Existing relationships within the data center industry
• Experience selling to hyper-scale, collocation, or mission-critical customers
• Background in structured cabling, network infrastructure, commissioning, or technical staffing
• Experience working with GCs, EPCs, MEP firms, or system integrators
• BICSI, RCDD, OSHA, or related industry certifications
