We’re seeking an agency-grade Director of Brand and Creative Services who sets—and defends—an uncompromising standard of excellence and innovation for our brand. As our creative leader, you will help us re-express a well-defined and articulated brand identity that is evolving rapidly as we grow, scale and innovate. This role requires a rare blend of visionary thinking and hands-on craft: someone who can architect a creative direction that stands up to scrutiny, then jump into the work to ensure every detail meets the highest bar.
Reporting directly to the SVP of Marketing, you’ll be responsible for delivering top-grade visual storytelling that elevates and energizes our brand, deepens market differentiation, and resonates through every channel—from major campaigns to the smallest design element. Compensation:
Rockbot takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location in the U.S. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
The base compensation band for this role is $180-210K, as well as equity, and benefits for all team members.
