An experienced performance marketing leader who has a proven track record for scaling customer acquisition in omni-channel business. You will oversee a high performing acquisition marketing team, and be a key cross-functional partner to teams that support growth, responsible for scaling new clients for our at-home hair color and hair color service business. This role has the opportunity to make a huge business impact on Madison Reed’s growth as we accelerate our omni-channel strategy for the future. It demands a unique combination of strategic vision and hands-on execution expertise to architect sophisticated growth strategies while also rolling up their sleeves to optimize campaigns at the bid level.
This role reports to the SVP of Integrated Marketing & Omni Growth, is full time and remote. While remote, this role may travel up less than 5% of the time.
The base salary range for this position is between xx and xx. At Madison Reed, we aim to pay competitively. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
