Our delivery team is a key part of our business engaging with clients with a focus on key stakeholders and project sponsors at the C-Suite level. Working hand in hand with the internal project management and oversight teams to ensure projects are on time, on budget, and in scope.

The Commitment

 

  • Manage relationship with existing or new clients within own vertical
  • Ensure client implementations are planned, resourced and delivered at par with Appficiency standards ensuring NetSuite implementations in alignment with the Statement of Work (SOW) and the “As Sold” solution documentation prepared during the sales process.
  • Ensure the delivery team is following all standard processes during the sales-to-delivery transition process, reviewing the SOW, “As Sold” documentation, and Taxonomy @ Schema® analysis to confirm the solution scope, system architecture, and client technical environment.
  • Ensure the delivery team is following all standard processes when producing the As Built documentation including the final Taxonomy @ Schema® structure, reflecting all configurations, integrations, and architectural decisions implemented during the project.
  • Ensure clients become referenceable
  • Set strategic direction for team, office, or country
  • Coach, mentor and develop next line of leaders
  • Responsible for applying expert knowledge of implementation and large project process, providing strategic direction, making decisions and solving complex problems to move ensure that business moves forward while managing strategic business consultants in different levels
  • Ensure that resources are allocated based on project demand, proactively lead the identification & design and implementation of process improvements
  • Makes tactical day to day and long term term strategic decisions and is accountable for all activities performed by his own vertical and team
  • Management of operational and business metrics
  • Create, present, communicate and follow up on strategic plans of all kinds.  Approve and use capital to execute business strategy
  •  Identify and drive improvements in Delivery departments process skills
  • Ability to coach, guide and mentor team members
  • Demonstrate multiple business process expertise within one industry or more
  • Create and improve reusable assets such as datasets, policies, knowledge assets, 
  • Identify, develop and close new business opportunities and work with Sales as appropriate
  • Model and setting the company’s culture, values, and behavior


The Essentials

  • Minimum 15+ years experience in Professional Services
  • Must be Native Japanese
  • At least 10 years consulting experience in systems implementation and integration, process re-engineering or related
  • At least 10 years experience in ERP preferably NetSuite
  • Project Management experience
  • At least 10 years management experience in handling several teams
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple resources across multiple locations who are working on complex projects and tasks simultaneously in one or two industries
  • Strong understanding of ERP Implementation preferably NetSuite
  • Ability to manage team onsite and remotely
  • Strong understanding of technology implementation
  • Strong understanding of business analytics, business intelligence and financial performance management
  • Strong understanding of P&L statement
  • Strong ability in managing small, medium and large scale projects
  • Management of medium to large team in different regions and countries
  • Willingness and desire to travel. Usual travel can be up to 25% of total time but can be higher on certain projects
