Job Summary
The Director of Asset Protection (AP) & Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) leads and develops a team of approximately 15, with enterprise responsibility for AP and EHS performance across our Supply Chain (SC) network including Distribution Centers (DC) and transportation functions. This role partners closely with DC and Supply Chain leadership to deploy an integrated AP/EHS strategy that protects Team Members, customers, physical assets, and company reputation while enabling operational excellence.
The Director is accountable for shrink reduction, inventory integrity, safety and security, fraud prevention, investigations, cash handling, regulatory compliance, and incident response, while also providing long-term strategic vision and real-time leadership during emergency situations.

The good faith estimate for this role is between 135,000.00 USD and 180,000.00 USD salary for a new team member.The rate offered depends on a number of factors, including geographic location, experience in retail, automotive knowledge, education, leadership roles, and other skillsets ideal for this position and shift differential (if applicable).
