Position Overview

Director, AI Delivery Transformation

ProSearch is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Director, AI Delivery Transformation to lead the execution of our enterprise AI vision. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and serving as a member of the executive leadership team, this newly created role will drive the strategy, governance, and delivery of AI-enabled workflows, agents, and data products across the organization.

Partnering closely with Service Delivery, Technology, the AI Governance Committee, and executive stakeholders, this leader will establish and scale the operating model that transforms AI opportunities into measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate combines AI expertise, business acumen, and change leadership to accelerate innovation, improve operational performance, and ensure responsible AI adoption in a data-sensitive environment.

What You'll Do

• Define and execute ProSearch's enterprise AI transformation strategy and roadmap.
• Lead the development, deployment, and adoption of AI-enabled workflows, agents, and automation solutions.
• Establish governance frameworks, delivery processes, and operating models that drive value realization.
• Partner across business and technology teams to prioritize and implement high-impact AI initiatives.
• Measure and communicate outcomes related to productivity, quality, client experience, and operational efficiency.
• Lead AI enablement, training, and change management efforts across the organization.
• Advise executive leadership on AI investments, opportunities, risks, and emerging trends.
• Build and lead a high-performing AI Delivery Transformation team.
• Support client-facing AI initiatives and represent ProSearch's AI capabilities with clients and partners.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Analytics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8–10+ years of leadership experience in AI, automation, digital transformation, product management, or operational excellence.
• Proven success delivering enterprise-scale AI initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of generative AI, large language models (LLMs), agentic systems, workflow automation, and data products.
• Experience designing AI operating models, governance frameworks, and build-versus-buy technology strategies.
• Knowledge of responsible AI, data privacy, security, and risk management practices.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders across business, technology, and operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and large-scale organizational change initiatives.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills, including executive and board-level presentations.
• 7+ years of people leadership experience, including managing managers.
• Preferred experience in legal services, eDiscovery, professional services, or other regulated industries.
