Job Overview

We’re looking for a Digital PR and Link Building Specialist who’s genuinely good at earning brand visibility through community engagement and media outreach. Your primary focus will be Reddit, Quora, and Digital PR campaigns. If you also know your way around HARO and journalist platforms, that’s a plus.

What You’ll Do

Reddit & Quora (Primary)

• Identify and participate in subreddits, Quora topics, and niche online communities relevant to our clients
• Build brand presence through authentic, helpful contributions, not spam
• Answer questions, join discussions, and position client experts as credible voices in their space
• Monitor community conversations and engage where clients can add real value
  
  
  

Digital PR (Primary)

• Develop and pitch story angles, expert commentary, and original data hooks that earn editorial coverage
• Secure backlinks and brand mentions from reputable publications and industry blogs
• Build relationships with journalists, editors, and content creators over time
• Research trending topics and news cycles to find timely placement opportunities
  
  
  

HARO & Journalist Outreach (Nice to Have)

• Respond to journalist requests via HARO, Qwoted, Featured, and similar platforms
• Write clear, credible expert pitches that stand out in a crowded inbox
• Track submissions, follow up where appropriate, and report on placements secured
  
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in link building, Digital PR, or community-based outreach
• Proven hands-on experience in building a brand presence through genuine Reddit participation, Quora answers and niche community engagement.
• Experience securing editorial placements in reputable news websites, industry publications and authoritative blogs.
• Track record earning editorial backlinks or brand placements beyond guest posting
• Strong written English: your pitches and community replies need to be sharp and credible
• Able to manage multiple clients, hit monthly targets, and report results clearly
• Comfortable with Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar tools for backlink research
  
  

Nice to have

• Experience with HARO, Qwoted, Featured, or other journalist request platforms
• Background in content writing, journalism, or SEO
• Experience in medical, legal, home services, or other specialized industries

• Familiarity with original research campaigns, digital PR assets, expert contributions, and podcast outreach.
• Understanding of how off-site mentions, community discussions, and authoritative sources may 
• Experience developing and testing new link-building strategies with measurable results.
