Solv Wellness is a U.S.-based direct-to-consumer health and wellness company dedicated to elevating care for women at midlife and beyond. The company creates science-backed solutions for real women's health issues, including flagship pelvic health and probiotic products such as GennaMD, Māge, and Via.

Solv Wellness is bringing more paid media capabilities in-house and is looking for a sharp, data-savvy Digital Media Planner to help build, execute, and optimize campaigns across major channels.

This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity for professionals based in Latin America, working closely with an international team in an English-speaking environment.

Role overview

As a Digital Media Planner, you will take ownership of day-to-day hands-on campaign execution, performance tracking, and optimization primarily across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. Reporting directly to the Performance Media Marketing Manager, you will combine platform execution with clear reporting, structured testing, and actionable strategic recommendations to improve paid media performance, primarily across Google and Meta campaigns supporting Solv Wellness’s DTC ecommerce business.

We are looking for a media specialist with strong agency or fast-paced paid media experience who can translate raw channel data into clear business insights, and troubleshoot platform issues independently. Candidates must be able to work US Eastern Time hours.

Selection process

The selection process may include an initial interview with Workana’s recruiting team, interviews with Solv Wellness, and a practical assignment designed to understand how you approach paid media problems and decision-making. Finalists may also meet with senior leadership. The exact process may vary depending on the candidate and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, QA, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, managing campaign structures, targeting, bids, budgets, and creative assets.
• Monitor pacing and performance daily to identify material shifts early and execute optimizations proactively.
• Analyze campaign results using platform analytics, search trends, auction signals, creative performance, and ecommerce data.
• Prepare clear recurring performance updates summarizing performance changes, optimizations made, and next steps for stakeholders.
• Execute structured A/B tests across audiences, keywords, bidding strategies, formats, and placements, documenting repeatable learnings.
• Partner with brand and creative teams to communicate creative fatigue, request asset needs, and translate channel performance into actionable feedback.
• Troubleshoot ad disapprovals, account flags, and platform support cases to ensure uninterrupted account delivery.
• Utilize tools like Triple Whale, platform automation, and AI workflows to streamline reporting and campaign optimizations while validating source data.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on paid media experience, ideally within an agency or fast-paced DTC/ecommerce environment.
• Proven direct experience building, pacing, and optimizing campaigns within both Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign metrics, budget pacing, testing data, and market trends.
• Solid working knowledge of core digital media levers, including account architecture, bid strategies, audience targeting, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex advertising platform data into clear insights.
• Strong organizational skills and high bias for action, with comfort utilizing AI-assisted workflows responsibly.
• Fluent English is mandatory, as the role involves regular written and verbal communication with a U.S.-based team.
• Must be based in Latin America and available to work full-time during U.S. Eastern Time hours.

• Exposure to programmatic media and experience supporting or managing programmatic campaigns.

• Experience with Amazon Advertising, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, or DSP.
• Familiarity with Triple Whale, Shopify, or other DTC ecommerce analytics platforms.
• Exposure to CTV/OTT, audio/podcasts, or paid influencer amplification.
• Previous experience in CPG, consumer health, dietary supplements, or regulated consumer categories.
