Location: Fully Remote | Duration: 6 Months, Full-Time



What You’ll Do




  • Competitive & Keyword Research - Map out competitors’ content playbooks, uncover high-impact keyword gaps, and propose content briefs.

  • Content Creation & Repurposing - Write blog posts, video scripts, and social-media copy—and adapt articles into LinkedIn posts, Tweets, and more. 

  • Social & Community Growth - Assist with repurposing blog content into LinkedIn posts or Tweets, track engagement, and flag opportunities for community outreach (e.g., relevant Slack/Discord groups).

  • Analytical Mindset - You’re comfortable poking around data—whether in spreadsheets or GA—and drawing clear action items.

  • Independent Problem-Solver - You dive deep, figure things out on your own, and ask smart questions.

  • Remote-Work Savvy - You communicate clearly, plan your time well, and thrive without someone looking over your shoulder.

  • Coachable & Resilient - You iterate quickly on feedback and persist through challenges.

  • Growth Mindset - No prior SEO-tool experience needed—you’ll learn Ahrefs, SEMrush, and our CMS on the job.

How You’ll Be Evaluated




  • Weekly OKRs - You’ll own 1–2 key objectives each week (e.g., improve a blog post’s CTR by X% or secure 3 quality backlinks).

  • Bi-Weekly Demos - Present your learnings, experiments, and next steps in a short demo to the team.
