Digital Marketing Executive / Manager
Full Time - Remote , South Africa (UK market focus)
This is not a content role. It is a growth role. We help experienced recruiters build their own businesses. Most of the people we want to reach are not actively searching for us. They discover us through content that resonates at exactly the right moment. That means marketing is not a support function here. It is a direct driver of growth. This role exists to turn attention into action. And action into new founders joining us.
The Purpose of the Role
To build awareness of our brand and consistently generate high quality inbound leads through digital channels. You will own the link between content and commercial outcomes. Not just what we post. But what it produces.
What You Will Own
Brand, Messaging and Content Direction
Working directly with the founder to shape how we show up in the market
Defining and evolving content pillars based on audience insight
Ensuring all content is aligned to a clear, differentiated position
Founder Insight and Story Mining
Spending time with existing founders to understand their journeys
Extracting real stories, challenges and turning points
Turning these into compelling, relatable content
Ensuring our marketing reflects real experiences, not generic messaging
This is a critical part of the role. The quality of insight will directly impact the quality of leads.
LinkedIn Ownership (Primary Channel)
Owning and growing our presence on LinkedIn
Creating and managing content that drives reach, engagement and inbound interest
Supporting founder led content and personal brand activity
Continuously refining approach based on performance
Content Creation and Campaigns
Writing high quality copy across social, articles and campaigns
Briefing and collaborating with the Graphic Designer on visual assets
Building campaigns that convert attention into enquiries
Promoting events, webinars and thought leadership
Performance and Growth
Tracking key metrics including reach, engagement, inbound leads and conversion
Testing and improving content and campaigns based on data
Supporting or running paid activity across LinkedIn and Meta where relevant
Identifying new channels or opportunities for growth
SEO and Long Form Content
Writing and optimising blog content to support organic growth
Contributing to SEO strategy through content and structure
Ensuring long form content aligns with broader messaging and campaigns
How Success Will Be Measured
This role is performance driven.
You will be measured on:
Growth in brand awareness within our target audience
Engagement quality, not vanity metrics
Volume and quality of inbound leads generated
Contribution to new client acquisition
You will have autonomy in how you achieve this. But outcomes matter.

Requirements
Who This Role Is For

Understands the link between content, attention and revenue
Has strong experience using LinkedIn as a core marketing channel
Is both creative and commercially aware
Can extract insight from conversations and turn it into compelling content
Is comfortable owning performance, not just activity
Brings ideas, tests them and improves them

What Really Matters
Proven experience managing LinkedIn for brand growth and lead generation
Strong copywriting and storytelling ability
Experience or exposure to paid social, including LinkedIn and Meta
Understanding of SEO and blog driven content
Confidence working with stakeholders to extract insight and ideas
Ability to analyse performance and adapt quickly
Experience in recruitment is not required.
Experience working with UK brands or UK audiences is highly advantageous.
