Digital Marketing Associate — International (Drummer)
Summary of Basic Function
The Digital Marketing Associate (Drummer) acts as an international, remote brand ambassador for Pearl 27's clients — creating original social media content, responding to audience engagement, and maintaining an authentic, on-brand presence across major platforms. Drummers work under the guidance of a Drum Lead, following client-specific direction while exercising independent judgment on tone, escalation, and platform-appropriate engagement. The role requires strong written English, platform fluency, reliability in a remote work environment, and a firm commitment to producing original, non-AI-generated content.
Primary Responsibilities
Learn each client's brand voice, goals, and instructions, and represent that brand consistently across assigned platforms.
Create and publish original, human-written social media posts, and respond to comments and customer messages on platforms such as LinkedIn, Reddit, Facebook, Instagram, Quora, and X.
Exercise sound judgment on customer responses and client instructions, escalating to a manager when a request falls outside client guidance or platform rules.
Write long-form content and blog posts aligned with client strategy.
Follow detailed written direction from your Drum Lead and revise work based on feedback, without relying on AI or automated rewriting tools.
Uphold Pearl 27's ethical standards — full transparency and integrity, with no spam, deception, or astroturfing.
Work reliably and independently in a remote, international environment, maintaining consistent communication with your Drum Lead and team.

Pathway student: currently enrolled and attending class as a Pathway student, with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
