Pimento is a CRO agency for ecommerce brands. They figure out why people visit a website and don't buy — and fix it. It's one of the most commercially valuable skills in digital, and almost nobody has it. The people who do can charge whatever they want.
Pimento isn't looking for someone who's already done this. They're looking for someone smart enough to learn it — fast. The successful candidate will work directly with the founder every day, get trained on real client accounts, and build a skill set that compounds for the rest of their career.

The Role
What You'll Do
Ecommerce Conversion Work
- Support implementation of CRO recommendations across client accounts
- Improve homepages, product pages, and ecommerce layouts with a commercial lens
- Review competitor sites and identify conversion opportunities
- Help assess what's working, what isn't, and where the next gains are
Design & Figma Execution
- Build and adjust page concepts in Figma
- Create clean, commercially effective layouts — not just pretty ones
- Work within existing design systems and frameworks
- Implement feedback and iterate at pace
Conversion Thinking & Research
- Develop a working understanding of customer psychology, trust signals, and buying friction
- Study ecommerce hierarchy and product page best practice
- Run through live A/B tests with the founder — learning what performed, what didn't, and why
Collaboration & Iteration
- Daily check-ins with the founder to review work, get direction, and build momentum
- Work one step ahead — preparing concepts and ideas for the founder to review and refine
- Stay in fast execution cycles across multiple client projects
Your Training
Peter, the founder, will work with you directly and daily. He's built Pimento into one of Europe's leading CRO agencies from the ground up, and he's genuinely committed to developing the right person.
Here's what that looks like in practice:
- Daily development meetings to review work and discuss conversion decisions
- Live walkthroughs of real A/B tests — what changed, what performed, and the reasoning behind it
- Hands-on feedback on Figma work with clear commercial rationale
- Gradual ownership of tasks as your instincts and confidence develop
The Person
Who We're Looking For
Experience in CRO specifically is not the requirement. The right profile looks like this:
- Experience a marketing, digital, or creative role
- Commercially curious — interested in why people buy, not just how things look
- Comfortable with Figma, or genuinely willing to get there quickly
- Fast to take feedback and iterate without ego
- Practical and execution-focused — you finish things
- Interested in ecommerce and how online businesses grow
- High output — someone who wants to learn and build something real
