About the Job

At Sculpted by Aimee, we have an exciting new opportunity to join our in-house studio as a Digital Designer.  
 
Reporting to the Lead Designer, you will be the digital design go-to, bringing to life engaging content across motion and static. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing/producing high-quality organic and paid social media content, with a strong focus on video and animated assets, as well as assets for our D2C ecommerce platform, to enhance our brand's online presence and engagement. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our online presence is visually pristine and effectively converts. 


Accountabilities Include

Ecommerce 

  • Design engaging and visually appealing digital assets for our direct-to-consumer (D2C)ecommerce website, including homepage banners, category graphics, product images, promotional banners.
  • Work with theecommerce team to create landing pages that ensure consistency across campaigns and the brand.
 
Paid Media Content 
  • Work with our Performance Marketing team to creategraphics and videos forour digital paid media channels, including banners, static ads, carousels, short-formvideosand GIFs
  • Optimizevideos to ensureadherence to platform specifications and best practices.
  • Implement feedback from performancedatato refine and enhance the effectiveness of visual content.
  • Stay updated on the latest video editing techniques and social media trends to keep content fresh and innovative.
 
Organic Social Content 
  • Development of motion assets for our organic social channels,that effectively communicate the brand's message and driveengagement.
  • Collaborate with the social mediateamto understand contentobjectivesand deliver creative solutions.
 
Email Campaigns 
  • Design responsive and visually appealing graphics for CRM campaignsand automatedsequences.that drive engagement and conversion.


Experience Needed

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital design, ideally in luxury or beauty ecommerce.
  • A strong design portfolio demonstrating all types of digital design (Web, CRM, Social, Paid Media)
  • Significant experience in video editing and animation to elevate our Paid Social channels.
  • Proficient in all Adobe software and Figma
  • Proficient in video and animation software (After Effects preferred)
  • Experience with e-commerce, CRM & paid platforms (e.g.Klaviyo, Shopify, Loyalty Lion, Google, Meta)
  • Understanding and knowledge of UX/UI and Accessibility.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work across multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proactive, with a strong ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Experience working with a Founder-led brand (not necessary, but ideal)
  • Great sense of design and composition with a strong eye for layout and appreciation of brand guidelines.
  • Passionate about beauty and skincare
