🌟 We’re Hiring: Digital Content Specialist - Exercise Specialist

Are you passionate about exercise science, patient education, and helping people build healthier, more sustainable movement habits? Singlepoint Healthcare is looking for a Digital Content Specialist – Exercise Specialist to help develop engaging, clinically informed exercise programming and deliver virtual education and coaching to patients living with chronic inflammatory conditions.

In this role, you'll combine your exercise science expertise with digital content development and patient engagement to create safe, accessible, and effective exercise experiences. You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while helping patients improve strength, endurance, mobility, balance, and confidence in physical activity.

💡 What You'll Do

🎥 Create Engaging Digital Content Develop, review, and validate patient-facing exercise content, including videos, audio, exercise demonstrations, scripts, and educational resources.

🏋️ Develop Safe Exercise Programming Use your exercise science expertise to create progressive and adaptable programming focused on aerobic conditioning, resistance training, flexibility, balance, mobility, recovery, and sustainable physical activity.

💻 Coach & Educate Virtually Lead live exercise education, coaching, and Q&A sessions while providing helpful asynchronous feedback through our digital care platform.

📊 Individualize Exercise Guidance Use available patient intake and functional information to adapt exercise education and programming based on individual abilities, goals, symptoms, and exercise tolerance.

🔄 Progress & Modify Programs Evaluate exercise selection, frequency, intensity, duration, volume, sequencing, progression, regression, and recovery to provide an appropriate level of challenge while prioritizing patient safety.

🩺 Promote Patient Safety Recognize exercise-related safety concerns, red-flag symptoms, and situations outside your scope of practice and collaborate with clinical team members to appropriately escalate concerns.

🤝 Collaborate Across Teams Partner with clinical operations and interdisciplinary contributors to develop high-quality patient experiences and ensure exercise content aligns with established clinical and exercise-science standards.

🎓 What You'll Bring

✅ Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, or a closely related field from an accredited college or university.

⭐ Master's degree in Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, Clinical Exercise Physiology, or a related field is preferred.

✅ 2–5 years of relevant experience, including experience developing and delivering safe, progressive exercise programming for adults with chronic medical conditions.

✅ Experience assessing exercise tolerance, appropriately progressing or regressing exercises, and recognizing signs or symptoms requiring escalation.

⭐ Experience working with chronic inflammatory, neurologic, or multiple sclerosis (MS) populations is preferred.

⭐ Experience with telehealth, digital care delivery, group programming, or patient education content development is a plus.

📜 Certifications

❤️ Current CPR/BLS certification through AHA, ARC, or equivalent is required.

🏅 Exercise Physiologist or Clinical Exercise Physiologist certification such as ACSM-EP, ACSM-CEP, or a comparable credential is required.

⭐ Advanced specialty certification related to clinical exercise, neurologic populations, or chronic disease is preferred.
