Job Summary: The Digital Content Creator produces and maintains clear, engaging digital content that helps our customers, colleagues, and wider business understand and get the most from our software products.

Responsibilities:

This role sits at the heart of how we explain and showcase our products. Working closely with our Product team and our Marketing & Communications Lead, the Digital Content Creator owns the authoring and ongoing upkeep of the digital content that supports our software — from written guides and presentations to interactive, in-product content and product documentation. The focus is on producing high-quality, accessible content that enables others to learn, adopt, and promote our products with confidence.

Key responsibilities include:

Product Content Creation & Maintenance:

  • Author, update, and maintain a broad range of digital content that explains our product features and how to use them, including written documents, guides, and presentations.

  • Create interactive, in-product content and guided walkthroughs using our own digital adoption tooling, helping users navigate and adopt features directly within the product.

  • Write and maintain clear product documentation within our product development tooling, such as user stories and functional descriptions of product capabilities.

  • Take ownership of a well-organised, accurate, and up-to-date content library, keeping everything current as the product evolves.

  • Adapt tone, style, and format to suit different audiences, from end users and clients through to internal teams.

Collaboration & Enablement:

  • Work closely with the Product Specialist and wider Product team to understand new and existing functionality, asking questions to ensure a full and accurate understanding before creating content.

  • Share externally- friendly content with our Marketing & Communications Lead to help inform website materials, portal content, and campaigns.

  • Help upskill the Marketing function on what our products do, enabling them to curate their own marketing content and lead-generation campaigns with confidence.

  • Act as a knowledgeable point of reference on product functionality for content-related needs across the business.

  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support the team and business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and spoken English is an absolute requirement — this role produces content that others rely on to learn, train, and be informed, so a consistently high standard of English, with minimal need for review, is essential.

  • A genuine interest in and enthusiasm for creating digital content, and a desire to build a career in this field.

  • Strong general technology skills, and the confidence to learn new software and digital tools quickly.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and PDF creation

  • Awareness of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar business platforms is an advantage but is not required - full training will be provided.

  • No prior experience of our specific products or tools is required

  • Curious and eager to learn: you ask thoughtful questions, seek to fully understand products and processes, and continually develop your knowledge.

  • Proactive and accountable: you take ownership of your work, manage your priorities effectively, and see tasks through to completion.

  • Strong written communication: you can explain technical concepts clearly, producing well-structured content tailored to different audiences.

  • Collaborative approach: you work effectively with colleagues across teams, share knowledge, and contribute positively to shared objectives.

  • Committed to quality: you have excellent attention to detail and consistently produce accurate, polished, and professional content. ability to organise and prioritise work across multiple content needs.

Work Arrangements:

  • Full-time, permanent role.

  • Based in our Cairo, Egypt office, with remote working available for the right candidate.

  • Regular collaboration with UK and international colleagues, working primarily in English.
