Description:
The Digital Commerce Project Manager is responsible for building and scaling the operational infrastructure that powers Harvest Group’s Digital Commerce services. This role focuses on developing the frameworks, workflows, tools, and processes that enable our teams to execute Digital Shelf, Retailer Client Service teams, and Content initiatives efficiently and at scale.
This individual ensures our service model is structured, repeatable, and optimized for growth. The Project Manager identifies process gaps, improves cross-functional alignment, and creates systems that support speed, quality, and accountability across digital commerce retailers.
This role requires strong systems thinking, operational rigor, and the ability to bring clarity to ambiguity. The ideal candidate thrives in building structure where it does not yet exist, creating scalable workflows, improving prioritization models, and enabling Digital Commerce teams to execute with excellence as Harvest continues to expand its Emerging Markets and omnichannel capabilities.

Responsibilities:

Own and evolve our project management framework (Monday.com), creating clear visibility across teams and clients

Design and standardize scalable workflows, templates, and prioritization models that support growth

Ensure strong adoption and effective use of operational tools, including leveraging AI to improve efficiency

Identify process gaps and inefficiencies, and lead improvements that increase speed, clarity, and accountability

Build repeatable workflows across key lifecycle moments such as business development handoffs, client onboarding, and internal execution

Establish and maintain organized, up-to-date SOP documentation in partnership with subject matter experts

Manage cross-functional workflow and task tracking to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time

Strengthen alignment across strategy, creative, and execution teams

Proactively flag risks, bottlenecks, and missing inputs that could impact timelines or quality

Support rollout of new processes and tools through training and change management
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in ecommerce operations, digital commerce, agency operations, project management, or related field
- Demonstrated experience building or improving operational workflows in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Experience managing complex workstreams across multiple stakeholders and service lines
- Proven ability to identify bottlenecks and implement structural improvements that increase efficiency and throughput
- High attention to detail with strong documentation discipline (SOPs, playbooks, frameworks)
- Proficiency in project management and workflow tools (e.g., Monday.com)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to create clarity across teams
- Ability to operate independently, influence without authority, and drive alignment across senior stakeholders
Preferred:
- Experience within a digital commerce agency, omnichannel retail organization, or ecommerce brand
- Familiarity with Digital Shelf, PDP optimization, retail media, and/or Digital Commerce retailers
- Background in operations strategy, management consulting, or business transformation
- Lean / Six Sigma or other process improvement certification
- Experience leveraging Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to build scalable documentation, automation, or workflow efficiencies

We carefully consider a wide-ranging list of factors to determine compensation, including but not limited to level of job-related experience, knowledge, skills, location, etc. Base pay is just one component of the total compensation and benefits package.
The national hiring starting base salary range for this position is $65,000-$75,000 per year. Additionally, this position is eligible to participate in our bonus program.
