The role

Cosmax has a new opening for an experienced Digital and E-Commerce Assistant to join their support team working for Outforce.

This role is intended to be full time, ongoing. You will be working in line with Australian Eastern Seaboard times, whilst working closely with and supporting, the highly experienced Cosmax Digital and Communications team.

The main functions of your role will be to:

• Create, edit, and update product listings across various Australian e-commerce platforms (e.g., Australian retailer websites).
  
• Ensure product descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate and current.
  
• Conduct regular audits to confirm stock availability and ensure products meet brand and retailer visual standards.
  
• Keep product listings up to date ahead of promotional or launch dates, aligning with the marketing calendar.
  
• Upload and monitor product listings for accuracy in both content and images.
  
• Download and manage brand imagery for e-retail sites.
  
• Collaborate with retailer online teams to update listings and address inquiries, directing any unresolved issues to the appropriate internal departments.
  
• Provide internal updates to local teams on the status of product listings.
  
• Prepare for weekly meetings by outlining upcoming tasks and challenges.
  
• Escalate urgent matters to the team manager when needed.
  

To be successful in this role you must have:

• 2-3 years of experience on retailer websites and e-commerce sites.
  
• Deep understanding of the online retail process.
  
• Expertise in e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop is essential.
  
• Strong track record and proven experience managing online product listings and images.
  
• Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  
• Experience working with multiple retailer e-commerce systems.
  
• Preferred background in beauty e-commerce.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to both internal and external teams.
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  
• Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.
