Responsibilities

- Implement, maintain and optimise DevOps platforms across cloud and Kubernetes environments.

- Develop, maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD, GitLab Runner and YAML.

- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Terraform and Ansible.

- Create, maintain and version virtual machine and container images, ensuring security and vulnerability management best practices.

- Deploy and manage applications using Kubernetes, Helm and GitOps practices.

- Develop and maintain Docker images and Dockerfiles.

- Automate infrastructure and deployment processes using Linux, Bash and Python, including API integrations.

- Manage build and artefact management processes using Maven/Gradle and tools such as JFrog Artifactory or Nexus.

- Integrate automated testing and security controls into CI/CD pipelines.

- Implement code quality, infrastructure security and vulnerability scanning using tools such as SonarQube, Checkov and dependency and container image analysis tools.

- Troubleshoot pipeline, deployment and infrastructure issues, ensuring reliability, security and efficient delivery.

Essential skills

- Hands-on experience implementing and maintaining DevOps platforms in cloud and Kubernetes environments.

- Experience developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD, GitLab Runner and YAML.

- Practical experience with Terraform and Ansible.

- Experience creating and maintaining virtual machine and container images, including versioning, security and vulnerability management.

- Experience with Kubernetes, Helm and GitOps.

- Good knowledge of Docker and Dockerfiles.

- Experience with Linux, Bash and Python for automation and API integration.

- Knowledge of build automation tools such as Maven or Gradle and artefact repositories such as JFrog Artifactory or Nexus.

- Experience integrating automated tests and security checks into CI/CD pipelines.

- Knowledge of code quality, infrastructure security and vulnerability scanning tools, including SonarQube, Checkov or equivalent solutions.

- Advanced English proficiency.

Desired skills

- Experience with Argo CD for GitOps-based deployments.

- Experience with STACKIT cloud services.

- Spanish language skills.

- Experience implementing DevSecOps practices and security automation across the software delivery lifecycle.
