Development Specialist

The development specialist is a key support role within the development team, focused on nurturing the relationships that make MWEG’s work possible. This role requires a unique blend of high-level organization and a warm, people-first personality. You will be the primary touchpoint for our sustaining members — ensuring they feel seen, thanked, and connected — while simultaneously managing the backend logistics and document spaces that keep our fundraising efforts running smoothly.

The ideal candidate is smart, discrete, and highly organized, with an ability to manage sensitive donor data with the utmost integrity. We are looking for someone who is not only a systems thinker regarding our Basecamp and spreadsheet tracking but also brings a friendly and fun energy to our member interactions and virtual events.
