The architect will design and implement an AWS GovCloud-native migration roadmap for a hybrid software factory using Infrastructure as Code and automated CI/CD pipelines. They will lead DevSecOps practices, ensure compliance with RMF and NIST standards, and mentor engineering teams on operational standards.
Camgian is seeking an AWS focused DevSecOps Architectto support the migration of a hybrid software factory to a single-account AWS GovCloud environment, designed for future multi-AZ expansion. The architect modernizes CI/CD, DevSecOps, MLOps, Kubernetes, and AI engineering capabilities while aligning services with AWS best practices. The environment includes Amazon EKS, SageMaker, Managed MLflow, DVC, Bitbucket, JFrog Artifactory, PostgreSQL, and AWS IAM.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.
DevOps, release engineering, SRE, platform, or automation experience.
5+ years in cloud architecture, DevSecOps, or platform engineering.
Experience with AWS GovCloud and Kubernetes (RDS, EFS/EBS, IAM, S3, EKS).
Experience with MLOps platforms including SageMaker, Managed MLflow, and DVC.
Knowledge of PostgreSQL, containerization, Helm, and Linux administration.
Experience with RMF, NIST 800-171, and FedRAMP environments.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across engineering teams.
U.S. citizenship required.
Desired Skills:
AWS Solutions Architect Professional or DevOps Professional certification.
Experience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting secure connectivity between enterprise networks and AWS
Experience integrating Bitbucket, JFrog Artifactory, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.
Experience migrating regulated environments from on-premises to AWS GovCloud.
Experience leading AI-enabled software factories and engineering organizations.
