We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated DevOps Engineer to join our engineering team. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between development and operations, ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our core services. This is a critical role that involves shaping our infrastructure strategy, automating everything, and elevating our CI/CD processes to the next level. If you thrive on deep technical challenges and love owning the full lifecycle of system reliability, you'll be a perfect fit.
Who You Are:5+ years of experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or similar highly technical infrastructure role.
Proven expertise with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash) for system automation.
Expertise in infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Terraform).
Solid understanding of networking concepts, load balancing, and cloud security principles.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with serverless architectures and managed services.
Experience implementing and managing advanced Observability platforms.
Previous experience leading technical initiatives.
Hands-on experience with configuration management tools.
What You’ll Do:
Design, implement, and maintain robust, scalable, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure, with a strong preference for GCP.
Drive automation across the organization, provisioning infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, primarily Terraform.
Develop, enhance, and manage our Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, utilizing tools like GitHub Actions to ensure fast, reliable delivery.
Manage and optimize our containerization and orchestration technologies.
Own and optimize comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to achieve high observability and system uptime.
Collaborate closely with development teams to optimize application performance, diagnose, and troubleshoot complex production issues.
Champion security best practices, ensuring they are implemented and rigorously maintained across all infrastructure layers (DevSecOps).
