About the Role
We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our remote team as Destination Services Specialist. In this position, you will help clients explore vacation possibilities, research destinations and accommodations, and coordinate the services needed for an enjoyable getaway.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy research, organization, customer interaction, and learning about new destinations. No previous travel-industry experience is required. Training and ongoing educational resources are provided.
What You'll Do
Learn about each client's vacation goals, preferred destinations, dates, budget, and interests, then research suitable resorts, hotels, cruises, tours, transportation, activities, and packages.
Provide clients with relevant destination information, compare available choices, and assist with coordinating selected arrangements through approved supplier resources.
Organize reservation confirmations, itinerary details, schedules, and other important trip information while monitoring upcoming deadlines.
Stay connected with clients, answer planning questions, provide updates, and assist with routine changes or special requests.
Review reservation information for accuracy, maintain organized client records, and expand your destination knowledge through continued supplier education.
