The Destination Services Specialist researches and coordinates travel arrangements including lodging, transportation, and excursions for clients. They are responsible for managing booking details, monitoring deadlines, and providing ongoing support to ensure a seamless vacation experience.
About the Position
We are seeking motivated individuals who enjoy researching destinations, organizing details, and helping clients create well-planned vacation experiences. As a Destination Services Specialist, you will assist travelers with exploring getaway possibilities, selecting services that meet their needs, and coordinating important arrangements before departure.
This is a remote, beginner-friendly opportunity. Prior travel-industry experience is not required. Training, supplier resources, destination education, and continued team support are provided as you develop your knowledge and skills.
Your Responsibilities

Learn about each traveler's destination interests, vacation dates, priorities, and budget considerations

Research domestic and international destinations, accommodations, resorts, cruises, transportation, tours, and activities

Compare available experiences and identify choices that fit individual traveler requests

Share helpful information about accommodations, destinations, and available vacation services

Assist with coordinating selected lodging, transportation, excursions, and additional arrangements

Use approved supplier resources and reservation platforms to organize requested services

Prepare booking confirmations, itinerary details, schedules, and applicable travel information

Monitor upcoming deadlines and follow up on incomplete planning items

Communicate reservation updates and important information as departure approaches

Assist with routine changes, cancellations, and special requests

Participate in ongoing destination and supplier education
