Responsibilities
- Work with clients to understand their travel interests, preferred destinations, schedules, and vacation budgets
- Research resorts, hotels, cruises, guided vacations, transportation, attractions, and destination experiences
- Recommend travel options that align with each client's preferences, expectations, and spending goals
- Coordinate reservations, accommodations, transportation, and itinerary details through approved supplier platforms
- Prepare travel confirmations, itineraries, documentation, and essential pre-departure information
- Assist with booking revisions, itinerary changes, cancellations, and special travel accommodations
- Review travel arrangements to help ensure reservations and documentation are complete and accurate
- Provide ongoing communication by sharing updates, answering questions, and supporting clients throughout the planning process
- Maintain detailed client records, reservation information, and communication history within company systems
- Collaborate with preferred travel suppliers to provide exceptional travel planning and customer support
- Participate in destination education, supplier training, and continuing professional development opportunities
