Support project requirements through client interaction, field visits, and basis of design narratives. Review submittals, RFIs, and manufacturers’ prints for conformance with contractual details, and support the project team through construction completion. Expertise in developing Division 28 specifications and applying quality control techniques to compare specifications and drawing packages. General knowledge of NEC, NFPA, EIA/TIA, and BICSI standards. Proficiency in manual and computer-assisted design techniques; strong familiarity with current versions of Revit preferred. Ability to apply logic, reasoning, and organizational skills to structure concepts and ideas into deliverables. Ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A strong sense of responsibility, customer service, excellence, and versatility. Ability to work independently in a remote environment and travel as required by project needs. Education/Experience Requirements 3+ years of low-voltage/security design experience. Solid understanding of technology design concepts for security systems. Experience producing technology construction design documents in Revit and AutoCAD. BICSI and/or ASIS certifications preferred. Demonstrated experience using AI, automation, data analytics, or other emerging technologies to improve efficiency, decision-making, collaboration, or business outcomes. What Success Looks Like in the First 12 Months Independently produces accurate, code-compliant security design packages (plans, details, diagrams, device schedules, and Division 28 specifications) on multiple concurrent ECOE projects. Delivers coordinated drawing and specification packages that move through Exante360 QA/QC with minimal revisions.
