As a Civil Designer, you will work within a global engineering team to help produce construction documents for our clients. In addition to following WD Partners values, policies and procedures, the primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Produce designs and calculations for grading, utilities, easements, etc.
  • Produce layouts, detailed drawings, schematics, reports and specifications.
  • Utilize industry software in the execution of your work, including Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Hydrostation, Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft Office, and other design software.
  • Proactively meet deadlines within scope and budget.
  • Coordinate with Local and US-based engineering leadership, other disciplines within the project/client team, and (when applicable) external resources for project requirements
  • Communicate with your manager and other project leadership on the status of your individual work as it relates to scope, milestones, project timelines and deliverables
Location: We are open to hiring for remote work from any location in India.
 
Schedule: Our work hours are Monday - Friday, 10AM - 7PM. No weekend work hours.

Necessary Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related degree or qualifying relevant professional experience
  • Proficient in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Hydrostation, Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft Office, etc
  • Prior experience working on land development and site development, plus experience with topographic surveys
  • Interest in working on a cross-disciplinary, global project team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Prior experience working on US-based projects is helpful
