Description

We are looking for a Training Manager who is not just a facilitator, but the owner of learning outcomes. This role is about designing and delivering training programs that lead to measurable behavioral change and impact business results. Your Mission

  • Design, develop, and deliver effective online training programs and learning materials for different departments.

  • Develop and conduct onboarding training sessions aligned with the company’s goals and strategy (priority departments: VIP and Payments, Risk & Fraud).

  • Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, onboarding programs, and other learning activities based on stakeholder requests.

  • Conduct role‑specific training sessions, including role-playing, objection handling, customer communication, and upselling techniques.

  • Assess employee training needs and create structured training plans (weekly, monthly, and annual).

  • Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements to increase learning impact.

  • Maintain and update training materials, and LMS courses.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure training initiatives support business needs.

Your Unique Contribution

  • At least 3 years of experience in Training & Development

  • Domain experience is required: iGaming, online casino, VIP customer service (Igaming), or call center environment (Igaming).

  • English & Russian proficiency: С1 or higher.

  • Proven experience in designing training programs and developing online learning courses.

  • Experience in facilitating workshops and delivering live training sessions.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and simple way.

  • High level of flexibility and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Result‑oriented mindset with attention to quality and standards.

  • Willingness to take ownership of new projects and continuously develop professionally.
