The compensation range provided is specific to the geographic market of the posted position. If hired as a remote employee, your salary will be aligned with the applicable compensation range for your primary remote work location.

Are you the Department Manager we're looking for?

To thrive as the Full-Time Department Manager at CEI Engineering Associates, you will need a robust skill set paired with a solid educational foundation. A four-year college degree, along with seven years of relevant industry experience, is essential, complemented by at least six years of experience in management roles. Your expertise in project planning and coordination will be vital, along with a strong understanding of client relations and stakeholder management. Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools is required to streamline operations and enhance project execution. Exceptional communication skills will enable you to lead your team effectively, while a commitment to innovation and quality will empower you to drive successful project outcomes.

• Four-year college degree with 7 years of related experience within the industry
