Position Summary:

Lightwave Dental is seeking a dynamic Dental Recruiter to help continue our growth! Our Talent Acquisition team prides itself on providing the highest quality of service to both our candidates and hiring teams. We build strong relationships with our business leaders and seek to provide a white glove hiring experience for our candidates. We are responsive, urgent, and can be looked to as the subject matter experts within our business. Our teams are responsible for not only Full Life Cycle Recruiting efforts but also coordinating and participating in University and industry events. Responsibilities: 

  • Establish Relationships with Dental/Hygiene Schools
  • Sourcing Candidates
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Building healthy relationships with Hiring Managers

 

 

Qualifications: 

  • 8+ years recruiting experience
  • Recruiting experience in the Dental field is preferred
  • Ability to develop internal and external relationships
  • Desire to work in a high-growth company required
  • Willingness to embrace and live all of our core values is required
  • BA or equivalent experience required
  • Ideal candidate will live in our current footprint - Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina
  • Experience with Dayforce (ATS) a plus
