Deltek Principal Application Consultant (Remote)

Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead and support client software implementations.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for multi-company and multi-currency environments, guiding clients through complex accounting, reporting, and operational requirements.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving questions, tracking issues, and escalating according to company guidelines.
• Utilize and follow Aktion's methodology to achieve successful client implementation.
• Proactively communicate with clients and team to achieve exceptional client satisfaction.

Education, Experience and Skills:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience with Deltek ERP software is required.
• Minimum 2 years of consulting experience.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders and executives, using strong business acumen to drive practical solutions.
• Demonstrated accounting/financial skill.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent work experience is preferred.

Location:

• Work from home.
• Travel up to 20-30%.

Salary Range: $80,000-$120,000
