Location: Poland | Remote

 

The Delivery Manager is accountable for end-to-end delivery of a small or moderately complex product line or work stream. This position partners with Product Engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that delivery plans are well-defined, progress is transparent, and outcomes are achieved predictably and with quality. The Delivery Manager leverages Agile and DevOps principles to drive delivery excellence, foster collaboration, and enable continuous improvement across teams.

Your Role Responsibilities — Here's What You'll Do

  • Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to provide delivery insights — including capacity, predictability, and risk — that support the creation of realistic delivery plans aligned to business goals.
  • Maintain delivery alignment by monitoring team commitments, surfacing risks and dependencies early, and reinforcing focus on intended delivery outcomes.
  • Provide visibility into delivery progress, risks, and outcomes through structured reporting and proactive stakeholder communication.
  • Proactively identify and communicate risks and impediments, facilitating resolution and escalating when needed to protect delivery outcomes.
  • Champion continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements that increase predictability, quality, and team engagement.
  • Facilitate cross-team alignment discussions related to dependencies, risks, and delivery plans, fostering a culture of ownership, transparency, and results.

Role Essentials

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a software or technology delivery environment, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Lean, and DevOps delivery models, supported by Agile certification(s) or proven practical experience.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to effectively engage leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with demonstrated experience managing delivery scope, dependencies, and timelines.
  • Working knowledge of SDLC, compliance processes, and modern delivery tools such as Jira or TFS.

What We'd Like to See

  • Demonstrated proficiency in facilitation and project management, with a track record of driving accountability across delivery teams.
  • Ability to use original thinking to translate goals into actionable ideas and design solutions that improve delivery outcomes.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to lead delivery efforts independently with minimal oversight.
  • Strong attention to detail with experience defining and refining the release process from planning through to software distribution.
  • C1 level of English proficiency with strong professional oral and written communication skills.

Pay Transparency

150,545 – 274,560 PLN gross annually (based on an employment contract/umowa o pracę)
