Deliverables Coordinator II

Job Summary:

Coordinates efforts providing baseline support to project teams against key deadlines and requirements. Maintains project documentation, tracking progress, and identifying potential risks or issues that may impact project delivery, escalating concerns to management for review and follow-up. Helps facilitate communication among team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives. 

Essential Functions:

• Works closely with project managers and team members to understand project requirements and deliverables and develops a comprehensive understanding of project timelines and milestones.
• Establishes and maintains a system for tracking project deliverables and monitoring progress against delivery schedules and deadlines.
• Implements quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet established standards.
• Identifies potential risks or challenges related to deliverables, works proactively to address them, and escalates issues to project management as necessary.
• Assists in developing and maintaining project timelines, focusing on deliverable milestones.
• Coordinates resources needed for deliverable creation including personnel, tools, and technology to ensure that resources are allocated appropriately to meet project deadlines.
• Develops and tracks project metrics and key performance indicators, providing regular reports on project performance to leadership.
• Takes minutes for specific meetings, as directed and required.

Level of Supervision Received:
Under close supervision, works closely with manager to prioritize efforts

Education (can be substituted for experience):
Minimum High School Diploma or GED required

Work Experience (can be substituted for education):
2 - 4 years of experience required; 5 - 7 years preferred
