Overview

The Deal Desk Data Analyst leads the process supporting quote package creation and approval routing process. The ideal candidate will be both financially and analytically minded; and process oriented with the ability to collaborate across Sales, Services and Business leadership. This person will be a key member of the Finance team to help grow and drive the business through quality financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.

This role puts you at the center of deal desk operations and commercial finance at a SaaS company redefining Property Tech through Agentic AI. You will start by working alongside experienced Finance and Systems teammates to build fluency in how deals get structured, priced, and closed, and you will move quickly toward ownership of the quote-to-approval workflow. We are looking for someone who learns fast, takes initiative, and will own outcomes within their first six months.

Responsibilities

  • Create Deal packages through consolidation of multiple data sources for submission to Pricing and/or Executive Committee for review and approval.
  • Support deal reviews for completeness, accuracy, and compliance, working alongside Finance teammates to structure deals correctly across pricing, discounting, and contract terms.
  • Make timely decisions and draw appropriate conclusions from analysis of the business and financial information available.
  • Coordinate communication with key Product and Sales Management regarding deal approvals.
  • Use Artificial Intelligence to optimize workstreams and advance the Deal Desk practice.
  • Record all necessary approvals, decisions, and related Deal metrics.
  • Communicate clearly on task status, data questions, and preliminary findings.
  • Maintain & Update templates for Deal Analysis and Summary.
  • Maintain Archives of Deal Decisions to support internal audit requirements.
  • Flag friction points in the Deal Desk process and bring ideas for improvement to the team.
  • Prepare ad-hoc analytical reports as needed.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Excellent computer skills required, including a high degree of demonstrated Excel, Excel formulas, and structured scripting language.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively partner with colleagues across all departments and levels.
  • Strong analytical, research, and critical thinking skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or finance supporting operational role.
  • Familiarity with SaaS business model fundamentals: ARR, ACV, and how subscription revenue works.
  • Experience in Salesforce.
  • Experience in Artificial Intelligence Prompting and Agent Development.

  • Ability to provide innovation and improve business processes
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, achieve tight deadlines, and take initiative on multiple projects
  • Ability to manage, analyze, and track data for a sophisticated and often complex sales process
