The SME will be responsible for configuring and maintaining plan builds, file feeds, and data integrations within the Dayforce or ADP Workforce Now platforms. They will also troubleshoot configuration and integration issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Required Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience as a Dayforce Platform SME or ADP Workforce Now SME.
Demonstrated experience with plan configuration and plan build within Dayforce or ADP Workforce Now.
Experience configuring and maintaining file feeds and data integrations.
Knowledge of file formats including 834 EDI, CSV, and other structured data files.
Strong understanding of HR, Benefits, Payroll, and/or HRIS processes.
Experience troubleshooting configuration, data, and integration issues.
Knowledge of data mapping, validation, and file transmission processes.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
