Job Title: Data Scientist

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist with strong statistical and machine learning expertise to support business-critical forecasting and analytics initiatives. The role requires hands-on technical proficiency, independent problem-solving capability, and strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and deploy statistical and machine learning models
  

• Design and implement P&L forecasting models and business prediction frameworks
  

• Perform data analysis, feature engineering, and model optimization
  

• Write efficient and scalable code using Python and SQL
  

• Work with large datasets in cloud environments (GCP)
  

• Communicate insights and model outcomes clearly to business stakeholders
  

• Work independently with minimal supervision in a client-facing setup.
  

• Experience with Generative AI (GenAI) use cases
  

• Familiarity with Vertex AI
  

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• • 4–8 years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning
    

  • Strong foundation in statistics and ML modelling techniques
    

  • Hands-on experience with Python and SQL
    

  • Experience working on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
    

  • Proven experience in P&L forecasting or financial modelling
    

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
    

  • Ability to work in Australia shift timings.
