Key Responsibilities
Training and inductions will be given upon your commencement. Please find basic details below:
- Support sales team staff
- Enter reports of customer visits onto the CRM
- Look after and handle the sales staff emails
- Arrange samples and quotations
- Comply with the Organization's Information Security Management System (ISMS), including all applicable information security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines
Required skills and experience
- Excellent organization and focus required
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous experience within sales support and customer service
- Analytical and excellent with solving problems
- Excellent at multi-tasking and juggling priorities
- Strong communication skills for customer service and team communication
