Data Product Manager, Derivatives (12 months contract)

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of data-driven product initiatives/campaigns for Derivatives such as futures, TradFi etc. From problem definition to delivery and post-launch iteration

• Analyze trading and user behavior data to surface trends, quantify opportunities, and turn them into a prioritized feature roadmap

• Design data-informed trading experiences that improve engagement, conversion, and retention

• Partner with Engineering, UI/UX, Marketing, Compliance, and other teams to execute and ship

• Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and drive continuous optimization based on data and user feedback

• 2+ years in product management, data analysis, or a closely related field, with a track record of shipping data-driven products

• Solid understanding of derivatives trading mechanics; crypto derivatives experience strongly preferred

• Strong analytical skills across data analysis, user insights, and business intelligence — comfortable working independently with large datasets

• Proven ability to translate data into actionable product decisions and measurable outcomes

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; experience leading cross-functional collaboration

• Bilingual English/Mandarin required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
