Key Responsibilities
Process and enter data accurately into company databases and systems
Review documents and information for accuracy and completeness
Identify and correct data discrepancies or errors
Maintain organized digital and physical records
Assist in generating reports and compiling information for program and administrative use
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive client and organizational data
Communicate with team members to resolve data-related issues
Follow organizational policies and procedures for data management and recordkeeping
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in data entry, data processing, or administrative roles preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or similar tools
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
Strong communication and teamwork skills
