Key Responsibilities
Process and update data in company databases and internal systems
Review documents and information for accuracy and completeness
Verify, organize, and maintain digital records and files
Identify and correct data inconsistencies or errors
Generate reports and assist with data tracking when needed
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information
Communicate with team members to resolve discrepancies or missing data
Follow company procedures and data processing standards
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in data processing, data entry, or administrative support preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or similar software
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
