Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter data into company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems
Review and verify information for completeness and correctness before entry
Maintain organized digital and physical records
Identify and correct data discrepancies or errors
Assist in generating reports and compiling information for program and administrative purposes
Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive client and organizational data
Collaborate with team members to resolve data-related issues
Follow organizational policies and procedures for data management
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in data entry, data input, or administrative support preferred
Strong typing skills with high accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or similar tools
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong communication and teamwork skills
