Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data into company databases and systems with high accuracy
- Verify data by reviewing, correcting, and validating information
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Organize and maintain digital files and records
- Perform regular data quality checks and clean-up tasks
- Generate reports and retrieve data as requested
- Communicate with team members to resolve discrepancies
- Meet daily or weekly productivity and accuracy targets
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or similar role
Typing speed of 40–70+ words per minute with high accuracy
Proficiency in:
- Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Word processing tools
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
