Key Responsibilities
Accurately type and enter data into company systems, spreadsheets, and databases
Review and verify information for errors or inconsistencies before entry
Update existing records and maintain accurate documentation
Organize and maintain digital files and records
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Assist with preparing reports and documents when needed
Communicate with team members to resolve data discrepancies
Meet daily and weekly productivity and accuracy goals
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong typing skills with high accuracy and speed
Previous data entry, clerical, or administrative experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) or similar software
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Comfortable handling repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
