We're looking for a Data Entry Specialist to join our team and responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and verifying large volumes of information into company databases, spreadsheets, or digital systems. They ensure data integrity, maintain secure digital records, and support daily administrative operations.

Core Responsibilities

Transcribe data from physical documents, paper logs, or audio files into digital formats.

Review logs for errors, missing information, or inconsistencies before and after entering records.

Update existing account information and organize digital or paper files for swift retrieval.

Generate summaries, queries, and routine reports for management as needed.

Adhere to strict security and privacy standards when handling sensitive corporate or client information.

Key Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma or equivalent is required; relevant coursework in computer applications is a plus.

Exceptional typing speed (often 60+ words per minute) and proficiency with a 10-key numeric pad.

Strong working knowledge of spreadsheet and database tools like Microsoft Excel or Google Workspace.

A high level of focus to prevent typos and ensure error-free data entry.

Outstanding time-management skills to process large volumes of data under strict deadlines.

Work Environment

Primarily sedentary office or remote/work-from-home settings.

Involves extended periods of sitting, repetitive typing, and viewing computer screens
