Data Entry-Real Estate (Remote)

We are Looking for a Real Estate Research & Data Entry Specialist to join our team remotely. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching, collecting, organizing, and maintaining accurate information about real estate projects, developers, floor plans, pricing, and property-related assets in the company's database.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and collect real estate project information from various online sources.
  
• Gather and update project details including location, developer information, unit types, pricing, payment plans, and amenities.
  
• Upload and organize project images, brochures, floor plans, and related documents.
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company's database and CRM system.
  
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of all collected information before submission.
  
• Update project information regularly based on the latest market developments.
  
• Organize digital files and ensure proper documentation of all project assets.
  
• Prepare reports and summaries as required by management.
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in Data Entry, Online Research, or Real Estate Administration.
  
• Strong internet research and data collection skills.
  
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and online databases.
  
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
  
• Reliable computer and internet connection.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the UAE real estate market.
  
• Familiarity with real estate developers, projects, and property-related terminology.
